Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. Deal Hunter Zone reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform: (a) uploading false, inaccurate, or misleading information; (b) attempting to damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure; (c) using robots, crawlers, or automated tools to access our systems without permission; (d) interfering with other users' transactions; (e) reselling products purchased on Deal Hunter Zone for commercial gain without authorization; (f) violating any applicable local, state, federal, or international laws. Violations may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

All prices are listed in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, or customs duties unless explicitly stated. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, PayPal, and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible zip codes. Payment must be received in full before order processing begins. COD orders require exact cash payment at delivery; drivers do not carry change. Deal Hunter Zone reserves the right to change prices or correct pricing errors at any time. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery depends on carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Deal Hunter Zone is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect shipping addresses, or missed deliveries due to recipient unavailability. Standard shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

The compilation of all content is our exclusive property. You may not systematically extract, reproduce, or redistribute any portion of the site without our express written permission. We strive to display accurate product descriptions, colors, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Colors may vary based on your monitor settings. If a product offered by Deal Hunter Zone is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or reject orders for any reason, including suspected resale or fraud.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deal Hunter Zone, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the platform; (c) any content you submit; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Deal Hunter Zone shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in USA. You agree to waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes under $10,000.

Deal Hunter Zone shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or supplier failures. We will use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in USA.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of Deal Hunter Zone after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent site notice at least 30 days in advance. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or any other provision. Waivers must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Deal Hunter Zone.

To qualify for a return, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:

• Return initiated within 15 days of delivery date
• Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and included
• Product is not on the non-returnable list below
• Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is provided
• Return authorization number has been obtained from customer support

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

• Perishable goods: Food, beverages, fresh flowers, and other items with expiration dates
• Personal care & hygiene products: Cosmetics, skincare, razors, toothbrushes, underwear, swimwear, and earrings (once the sanitary seal is broken)
• Digital products: Software downloads, e-books, audiobooks, music, movies, and online courses (once accessed or downloaded)
• Gift cards & vouchers: Prepaid cards, store credits, and digital gift certificates
• Custom & personalized items: Products with custom engraving, monograms, or made-to-order specifications
• Hazardous materials: Items containing flammable liquids, gases, or other dangerous goods
• Final sale items: Products marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "As Is" at time of purchase
• Intimate apparel: Bodysuits, shapewear, and certain undergarments for health protection reasons

Step 2: Provide the reason for return and confirm that the item meets eligibility criteria. Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and provide the return shipping address.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in original packaging, include the packing slip or order confirmation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Ship the return package using a trackable shipping method. We recommend USPS Priority Mail or UPS with tracking and insurance. Deal Hunter Zone is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the return (typically 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange.

Inspection Period: 3-5 business days after we receive your return.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection approval.

Total Timeline: Allow 10-15 business days from the date you ship your return for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Method:

• Credit/Debit Card purchases → Refunded to the original card (may take 3-7 additional days depending on your bank)
• PayPal purchases → Refunded to your PayPal balance
• Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refunded as Deal Hunter Zone store credit or via bank transfer (provide account details)
• Gift Card purchases → Refunded as new store credit

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged in transit).

Our Error: If we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged/defective, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns without original packaging or for items that show minor signs of use. No restocking fee for defective or incorrect items.

Original Shipping Fee: Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage or defect, your order ID, and a description of the issue. We will:

• Provide a prepaid return shipping label
• Process a full refund including original shipping charges
• Offer a replacement at no additional cost (subject to availability)
• Refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the return

We offer exchanges for size or color variations when available. To exchange an item:

• Follow the standard return process to return the original item
• Place a new order for the desired item
• We will refund the original item once received and inspected
• You are responsible for return shipping on the original item
• Expedited exchange shipping is available at an additional cost

Note: We cannot guarantee that exchange items will remain in stock during the return process.

For international orders (outside the United States):

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Customs duties, taxes, and fees paid at time of original purchase are non-refundable
• International return shipping times may take 2-4 weeks
• Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges
• We recommend using a trackable international shipping method with insurance

For purchases made between November 1 and December 25, the return window is extended to January 31 of the following year. All other return conditions remain in effect. This extension applies only to gifts and holiday purchases.
